Formed From The Parent Company ( Kazi Maintenance & Cleaning Service ) Started By Mr Abdulaziz Ahmed Kazi In The Year 1986 As The Proprietor And Was Providing Manpower For Various Activities To Kumaria Presidency Hotel At Sahar Airport And In Hotel On S V Road Then Started Providing Manpower After Getting Same From Tender Bid To Inetrnational Airports Authority Of India At Sahar For Import Ware House Housekeeping , Cleaning Of Complete Sahar Cargo Complex Extended To Satelite Building , Project Office , Then For Bush Cutting In Apron Ares , For Bird Chasing In Apron Area Which Continued Till The Unfortunate Death Of Our Father Mr Abdulaziz Ahmed Kazi In Feb 1994 The Company Was Transfered To Mr Abid Abdulaziz  Kazi As The New Proprietor.

 

A New Company Was Incepted In 1994 The Name Of M/S  Kazi Aviation & Travel Services By Dr Hamid Abdulaziz Kazi As The Proprietor And Later Extended The Company With The Help Of Friends And Family Members As Part Of Honorary Board Members And Submitted The Members Board For Security Clearence From Mha For Approval Of Director General Of Civil Aviation ( D G C A ) Government Of India  For Clearence Of Non Scheduled / Technical  Flights In India With Overflying Permissions From Any Aviation Authorities.

As Dr Hamid Abdulaziz Kazi Worked For International Airline The Above Company Was Transferred In The Name Of  Mrs Ghazala Hamid Kazi As The Proprietor And The Firm Was Duly Registered By The Govt Of Tamil Nadu With Mrs.Ghazala Hamid Kazi As The Proprietor Since 2004.
